There is something that is much more scarce, something rarer than ability. It is the ability to recognize ability.

One of our problem if we are not keen observer is our inability to recognize ability. We put focus to those that are more familiar to us and just little recognition is given to those fellow that matters less to us. Let us learn to recognize and give attention to things that are around, they might be a source of solutions to problems we have.
