You could not see and feel the joy
that I have at this moment,
It is not only a great privileged
to welcome you at this moment,
I know that a lot you of are happy
and some are maybe sad,
but I hope that as I welcome you,
your feeling of being another or not
at ease to us will be changed with

the feeling of belonging that will be
not just now, but as you can see
anyone among us not only in this
place but in another place where
there is a probability of meeting each other.
Ladies and Gentlemen, it is a pleasure
and privilege to welcome our Guest,
our visitors, our friends, and our audience for
this occasion.
It is indeed that this program and occasion
has been planned before to create and continue
an ending that will mark a significance for us
to fonder and to push us move forward to become
better citizen and person of our respective place and duties.
